August 24, 2020

City of Buckhannon and Upshur County residents may drop off the following: newspapers, office paper, corrugated cardboard, aluminum and steel cans, and #1 water and soda bottles & #2 milk jugs. Electronics and appliances may be recycled at the Mudlick Recycling Center.

The Upshur County Solid Waste Authority and the Upshur County Transfer Station are also housed at the Mudlick Road Waste Complex. The Mudlick Recycling Center is open from 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. on Saturday.
