4:10 PM – Update On Main Street Fire – October 5, 2021

October 5. 2021, BUCKHANNON, WV: The Upshur County Fire Department, Ellamore Fire Department, Elkins Fire Department, Warren District Fire Department, Adrian Volunteer Fire Department, Junior Volunteer Fire Department, Belington Fire Department, Weston Fire Department, and Banks District Fire Department all have joined the Buckhannon Fire Department to continue fighting the fire on Main Street above Sweet-A-Licious at 23B E Main St, Buckhannon! Other businesses in the building include September Sun Hair Studio and Infiniti Tattoos & Piercings. (Other departments may be on the scene but these were the ones identified.)

Also, assisting are members of the Buckhannon Water Department, the Buckhannon Police Department, the Upshur County Sheriff’s Department, and the Upshur County EMS.

Main Street is closed to all traffic while this emergency situation continues!
