Monday, February 16th
- Presidents Day – All City Offices and the Transfer Station will be closed – The normal Waste Collection schedule will remain the same. You can pay your utility bill by phone at 1-866-933-4026, online at https://buckhannonwv.municipalonlinepayments.com/, or by using our drop box in the rear of the building.
Tuesday, February 17th
- Street Closure Alert – The West Lincoln and Henry Street intersection will be closed to all traffic beginning 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 17th for City of Buckhannon Sanitary upgrades. The closure will remain in place until Friday, February 20th, 2026, weather permitting. This will include an overnight closure. A detour route is set up for residents via Pinnell Street and Meadow Street.
