BUCKHANNON: On Thursday, Buckhannon Mayor, David McCauley, was honored by the West Virginia Municipal League as Mayor of the Year for the state of West Virginia for 2018-2019 during the league’s annual conference in Huntington. Congratulations, Mayor!
