Festival Royalty visits City Hall!

May 14, 2021, BUCKHANNON, WV:  West Virginia Strawberry Festival Royalty paid a visit to City Hall and met with Mayor Robbie Skinner today!  Mayor Skinner had presented both King JD and Queen Caylie with the Keys to the City at yesterday’s Official Coronation and word has it they were making sure the keys actually worked!!  Thank you for your visit and enjoy your reign!
