Mayor Skinner Makes A Splash for Special Olympics

BUCKHANNON, WV: Challenged at the January 5th City Council meeting by Special Olympics representative Tasha Carrico, Mayor Skinner made good on his promise by joining the community in the recent Freezin’ for a Reason: 2023 Polar Plunge where participants dive to raise funds for the Special Olympics.
