Now Accepting Applications: Seasonal Park Attendant

BUCKHANNON, WV: The City of Buckhannon Street Department will accept applications for one seasonal Park Attendant position responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of all City of Buckhannon-owned parks.

·         Applicants must be 18 years of age or older

·         Possess a valid WV driver’s license

·         Able to lift 50 pounds

·         Applicants are subject to a drug test and a background check

·         Must be willing to work split shifts and weekends

Applications may be obtained at City Hall, 70 E Main St, Buckhannon, WV, Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.  The deadline for applications to be received in City Hall is April 22, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.

The successful candidate will commence employment on or about May 1, 2026, and continue until October 31, 2026.
