Update From The City of Buckhannon Waste Department

BUCKHANNON, WV: Even with the extreme weather conditions, the City of Buckhannon Waste Department was able to service most of its routes last week and has thus far this week. However, a few rural roads have been impassable to full-size garbage trucks. Weather permitting, on Friday, January 24th, the Waste Department plans to operate pickup trucks on all these affected routes. It is essential to know that the only waste that can be picked up has to be bagged waste.
