Notice Of Appeal To Zoning Board Of Appeals
BUCKHANNON, WV: Notice is hereby given that Sidney Phillips-Number One Auto Sales Inc. has filed with the Zoning Board of Appeals an appeal to construct a 138’x45’ Service Garage located at 42 North Locust Street in the City of Buckhannon. Sidney Phillips-Number One Auto Sales Inc. has been denied a permit since the application fails to meet Zoning Ordinance 244, Section 507C-4 which states in part, “ Side yards requirement- Twenty feet (20’) total; Eight feet (8’) minimum per side.”
A Public Hearing in connection with the petition shall be held at City Hall, 70 East Main Street on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at 5:30 p.m., and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
