City of Buckhannon Yard Waste Collection Update

BUCKHANNON, WV: Yard waste collection is available to City of Buckhannon Residents on the first and third Friday of the month from December 1 through August 31 and every Friday from September 1 through November 30. Residents need to contact Buckhannon City Hall to be placed on the collection list. City residents may also take their bagged yard waste to the Recycling Center during normal operating hours free of charge and may bring two truckloads to the Recycling Center per year, free of charge.

The Yard Waste Collection for May 16th has been rescheduled to May 23rd due to the West VIrginia Strawberry Festival.
