BUCKHANNON, WV: On Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., the City of Buckhannon will hold its 8th annual Webb Grubb Police Officer Recognition Day at the Buckhannon Police Department. This year, the City will posthumously honor former Buckhannon Police Chief and Upshur County Sheriff Virgil Miller for his lifelong dedication to public service.
