Flood Response Vaccination Clinic – July 24, 2026
BUCKHANNON, WV: The Upshur–Buckhannon Health Department will administer Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis) vaccines and hepatitis A vaccines for individuals who have been in floodwaters or who will be assisting with cleanup efforts.

Location: Administration Loop at West Virginia Wesleyan College, College Avenue
Eligibility & Guidance
- If your tetanus vaccination is current, you do not need a Tdap at this time.
- If you have not received a tetanus booster within the past 7–10 years, you need a Tdap at this time.
- No verification of vaccination status will be performed during the clinic. This is a rapid‑response effort to ensure community protection.
- All administered vaccines will be recorded in the West Virginia State Immunization Registry following the clinic.
Available Vaccine Supply
- 150 adult doses of Tdap
- 150 adult doses of hepatitis A
- 50 pediatric doses of Tdap
- 50 pediatric doses of hepatitis A
Vaccination will continue until all doses are used or until the line concludes.

Upon arrival, you will receive a clipboard with required paperwork. Please be prepared to provide:

- Date of birth
- Phone number
