Bears Spotted On WVWC Campus

BUCKHANNON, WV: The Office of Campus Safety and Security has been made aware of two black bear on or near campus.  One was spotted at the dumpster behind Benedum Campus Center and another close to the Riverwalk Trail.  The City of Buckhannon and The Department of Natural Resources are aware of and are closely monitoring the situation.  They advise that you not approach or interfere with the bears and that they mean you no harm.
