MR. PAUGH, a resident of Reger Avenue, has long been a member of the Frank B. Recently he helped protect us all from the zombies during our inaugural zombie walk supporting the Colonial Theatre. PAUGH took up Jeep restoration following his wife Alice’s passing on April 1, 2016, ALICE & MILES PAUGH having reared 17 children. I direct that a permanent placard be placed upon our City’s new BEST bench recently installed in Jawbone Park to forever honor & recognize MILES PAUGH & all past & future honorees of our City’s BEST award.
