Parking Reminder For All WV Strawberry Festival Parades

BUCKHANNON, WV: All three (3) WV Strawberry Festival parades will travel down Route 20 to Main Street and extend down East Main Street, ending on College Avenue.

Per City Ordinance, there will be No Parking along the parade route from 5:30 – 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. on Friday, and from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Additionally, there will be No Parking on Main Street from the end of the parade to midnight for both Friday and Saturday for the WV Strawberry Festival Street Parties and car show on Saturday.

Pursuant to City Ordinance #454, all vehicles in these areas during the dates and times of the aforementioned Temporary Parade Routes will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
